Are practitioners leaving the clinic?

As part of the transition to a founder-led model, current practitioner arrangements are concluding.

This is a planned and supported change. Our priority is to ensure patients feel informed, respected, and supported in choosing how they continue their care.

Can I continue with my practitioner if they are leaving?

Yes.

We fully support patient choice. If you would like to continue your care with your practitioner at their new practice, we will help facilitate that — including transferring your records with your consent.

Where can I find information about where practitioners are moving to?

Each practitioner has a profile page on our website.

These pages include information about their next steps and how you can contact or book with them directly during this transition period.
