Practice with the cold extensively, and expand your breathing techniques as well as your commitment. This extended experience is a great way to clear your mind of any clutter, get a fresh perspective on life, and just let go.

- Early Bird Price: £1600 per person (excluding flights and travel) for bookings made before 21st April 2023. After this date, the price will increase.
