Weekly Wellbeing Webinar:
Each week we will host a live webinar to discuss ‘how to’s for our health, movement and wellbeing’ and discuss different ways we can be resetting our body and helping it to stay healthy. You can sign up to these by subscribing to our bulletin here and we will send you a link to join each live event. There will also be a chance to re-watch these sessions on other channels 48 hours later.
