Approaching from Higham & Stratford St Mary

Once you enter the hamlet of Thorington Street, you will pass through a small cluster of houses before beginning the gentle incline towards Stoke by Nayland. Open fields stretch out on both sides of the road. On the right-hand side you will see a large black barn alongside red brick buildings. Approaching from Stoke By Nayland

As you leave the village of Stoke by Nayland, passing the Post Office and The Crown pub, continue along the ridge road for approximately one mile. As the road begins to descend into the valley, it bends gently. About 20 metres after the bend you will see the entrance sign for “Oak Barn Offices” on the left-hand side. It is best to signal left as you approach the bend, as the entrance appears quickly. If you reach the village sign for Thorington Street, you have gone too far. what3words: winds.wings.skate
